Psychedelic preparation and integration in Colorado
Colorado now has licensed healing centers offering regulated psilocybin services, which makes it one of the few places in the country where this is available legally and aboveboard.
A session at a healing center is a single arc. What you do with it afterward, and how ready you were going in, is usually what determines whether it changes anything six months later.
That's the work I do, alongside whatever services you receive from a licensed facilitator.
If you're considering it
You don't have to have decided. Plenty of people want a grounded conversation with someone who knows the research and has no financial stake in whether you have a psychedelic session. That includes hearing when the honest answer is that this isn't the right route for you right now.
Ordinary therapy, too
Most of my Colorado clients aren't doing psychedelic work at all. Trauma, gender and identity, non-monogamy, neurodivergence, substance use, and the rest of it are all available here.
Practical: 60-minute sessions, individually or with partners. Sliding scale. English or Spanish.
